Waiver/Indemnification: 
I give permission for my child or children listed above to attend online Spanish Classes conducted by Spanish Kids Club with Maestra Susana Paniagua through Zoom.

Photo Waiver: 
The undersigned parent/guardian agrees that any photographs, video, or digital image taken of their child or children while participating in the program may be used for promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, website, social media, and/or print media.
